How can you help?
We ask our volunteers how and in which capacity you want to be involved as part of our effort.
What role will be assigned to me?
We encourage volunteers to choose their own roles as per their skill set, interest, experience and knowledge of a particular sector.
What expenses are covered if I volunteer?
We provide accommodations and meals on workdays. We provide a central transport to and fro from the site of program.
What we expect?
We expect all our volunteers to adhere to our values and principles to letter and spirit. We expect all volunteers to be open to learning and progression.
What is our work culture?
We have a work culture where everyone is approachable for anything. You just need to speak politely.
How will it help you?
You will gain valuable relations, experiences and skill sets. You can enroll in any of our courses and can be part of Innovations Lab.
Membership FAQs
How to become a member?
You can become member by filling the membership form.
Do I have to pay to become a member?
A basic amount has been fixed for annual memberships that need to be payed.
What is honorary memberships?
Honorary memberships are awarded by the organisation. All honorary members are lifetime members. No fees is claimed from such members.
What do you get by becoming a member?
Join our pool of thinkers as a member and channelize our decisions and efforts. Be regularly updated about the project reports. Get membership privileges and deep insight in our working culture. Be part of our planning and execution. Use our space to host an activity aligned with our goals. Be our flag bearer and represent us. Become part of advisory committee and innovations lab and so on.
Are members part of General Body?
Yes, members are part of the General Body of the organisation.
Projects FAQs
Can I ask for a project?
Yes, any individual or corporation can ask and fund a specific project aligned with our mission.
How do I approach for a project specific task?
Please contact us with your idea via email( [email protected] ) and we can plan a meeting with a worked-out proposal.
Innovations lab FAQs
How to be a part of Innovations Lab?
To be a part you have to be either a volunteer / member. You are free to choose the area of interest/project as per your skill sets. The final selection and tasking is done after an interview by the Advisory Committee.
Donations FAQs
Will I get a receipt?
A donation receipt will be sent to the email address provided in the donation form. Please be sure to keep a copy of receipt for tax filing purposes. If you are a monthly subscriber, you will be sent individual receipt each month.
Is donation tax deductible?
Immortal Banyan Initiative Foundation is a Section 12A registered tax exempt organisation and all donations made are tax deductible under Section 80G.
Do we accept donations from foreign sources?
We are currently not registered under FCRA, hence we are not accepting foreign contributions right now.
Can I donate through cheque?
Yes, you can mail check donations to our registered address.
Can I donate through wire transfer (NEFT/RTGS)?
Yes, u can. Contact us via email [email protected].
