We are an organized group of professionals monitored, regulated and advised by an eminent board of directors, advisory committee and members.
We work with a team of skilled professionals who are experts in a particular sector aligned with our projects, campaigns and events. We invite volunteers to register and be a part of our effort in any capacity they are willing to work in. We openly welcome people to join us as members and be a part of the decision-making and monitoring of our efforts. We carry out task-specific training and skill development for the volunteers in areas aligned with our objectives.
We have an ethical and healthy work culture. We believe commitment and communication along with teamwork are the way forward for working towards an effective solution. We provide sustainable green co-working spaces furnished with the required amenities for our teams to be in touch with our vision of sustainability at all times.
We are committed to leadership diversity goals related to gender identity, sexuality, and race/ethnicity. Developed staff-led Diversity, Equality and Inclusion priorities to be incorporated alongside our Gender Equality approach in the action plan.
We maintain a close, transparent and accountable relationship with our board of directors, advisors, associates, collaborators, members and subscribers. We organize regular meetings and forums to gather input and wisdom for directing our efforts in the right way. We constantly work on scaling up our reach and deliverance.
Our actions are iterated by our founders, guided by the experts, analyzed by our team, planned by professionals, and delivered by our volunteers.
